We were fortunate enough to spend a week in Fiji early June and took our easy set up Otentik sun shade / beach sun shelter. A holiday we had booked nearly a year before. One where we were looking forward to some nice weather.
With a chance to absorb some rays we spent the majority of our time at the beach, snorkeling, kayaking and even tried paddle boarding. But it wouldn't be the same without an Otentik sun shade to create your own space on the beach. We loved the warmer climes but needed some sun shelter while kicking back on Plantation Island. Once we had it set up with some loungers under it, it was the perfect space to relax after the water sports. Not only was it easy to set up, but the children also had a great time helping.
The Otentik sun shade and beach sun shelter definitely makes a statement on any beach. Including the white sands of a palm tree lined beach in a tropical paradise where shade was hard to come by. We also suspect that this was the first time that an Otentik had visited the shores of Fiji.
If you have not been to Fiji, we would recommend Plantation Island. Especially if you have children.
